To eliminate health variations and much better understand aging processes in ethnically varied populations, effective strategies for increasing participation of minority populations in health research study are required. To create a reliable technique that will motivate older adults to offer for research, especially those from disparity populations, requires understanding determinants of successful recruitment and developing ingenious techniques to address recognized barriers to recruitment. We provide two kinds of resources on this subject.
